Exercise-6 out of 7 did some type of exercise. Some cardio as well as strength training. Training for my 4th 1/2 Marathon would be better if not for aches and pains that can nag at me!
NSV of the week...went to Foxwoods with family & friends had to eat at buffet. I ate more than I probably should have but did not OVEREAT mostly just small tastes of this and that!

Another 1.5 drop. I'm not sure where I'll "stop" losing. Since I'm normal from a BMI perspective, I would like a little buffer. Maybe 10 pounds which would put maintenance at 190. Either way, I'm enjoying feel good and still losing a little bit. I've been so active that losing has been pretty easy - I hope I can keep it up during the rest of winter.
