Middle of the third week post-op and everything seems to be going well. Healing great and I've transitioned to soft foods. Went out for dinner last night and was nervous about what to eat, but I chose a sushi place and it worked out great. I have a business trip tomorrow and I don't want to draw attention to any "odd" eating. No idea how that will go, but hoping I'll figure something out!

Today=237
Well I'm still hanging at 237. I feel great and I was able get my water and vitamins in this week. I haven't exercised all week. So I need to get off my ass. I was so happy to watch Denver defense play an amazing game.
I signed up for a 65 mile bike ride for charity in april. So I will need to start using the spinning bike until the weather breaks.
Keep up the great work everyone
Have a great week!
