Last week was interesting. I was supposed to be home all week, and instead I was out all week. A snowstorm in Minneapolis got me stranded in Wichita overnight, and a bonus trip to Central Wisconsin caught me off guard. I was able to get most of my workouts in, but not to the level I normally work out. Additionally, my diet sucked.
Super Bowl ads are now leaking early which is interesting. Sadly, this one hits pretty close to home.
I really don't have a dog in the hunt today, so I'm just going to sit back and enjoy the festivities. Best of luck to all the Denver and Charlotte fans out there!!
Have a great week all!

A good week! Walked a lot and kept my food under control pretty well. So was very pleased at this stage with a 3+ lb loss.
I am into the SUPER BOWL for everything but the game! Never been a big pro fan of any particular team, around here in Iowa there are so many teams about 3-6 hours away hard to have a strong fan base following for any of them. Planning my appropriate snacks and a little pizza tonight to celebrate no matter what the case.
Also, close to celebrating BEING OVERWEIGHT! :-). Just .8 of a lb from 29.9 BMI.

Still over the proverbial "red line".
Commercial is very relatable!
Local fervor is for the Broncos since on of the offensive linemen is from Corsicana but personally leaning toward Carolina since they don't have any Lombardi's. Either way my bet is that the team with a QB from the SEC will win!
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

GW is gonna be 250, But looking at the rate I am losing I may change my end weight. Took some family pictures yesterday and even though I am wearing smaller clothes I never really noticed the change until the pictures we took yesterday. I do go out a couple of weeks ago and had my first drinks since July. vodka and cranberry juice. Drank way more than I should have and wont be doing that again any time soon.

So close to hitting the 70 lbs lost mark. If I lose 10 more pounds, I'll be out of the Extremely Obese category and into the plain ol' Obese category. That's my current short term goal.
Same as everyone above, no horse in this race. I'm rooting for Manning to get another ring I guess. That'll wrap up his career nicely.
Great job guys, keep up the good work!

BOOM! I posted about my journey here: http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/vsg/6000882/Onederland-Goa l-Normal-BMI-Photographic-Evidence/ with some pictures (a before and an after).
My trip to Hawaii was amazing! It's been hard to adjust back to Chicago from being in sun and 84 degrees. The lack of sun has been the worst, but it is winter, after all.
I'm still just glowing that my BMI is "normal". I never thought I'd get under 200 and be "normal"... How amazing this feeling is.
Have a great week everyone!
