Not a terrible week. I was sore all week because I focused on lifting heavier than normal. I didn't get much cardio due to time. I was out of town most of the week, but I was able to eat pretty well while traveling. Vitamins and Water were on point.

I should be set up pretty well for this week and next. I have a good plan, I just need to execute that plan and I'll be fine.

I'm having some football withdrawls this week. I really don't follow too many other sports so for the next 6 months or so I start looking for other stuff to follow. Catching up on stuff on my DVR probably isn't the best use of my time.

Good week, made a reasonable move in the right direction.  I am hoping this week is just as good as there is nothing to steer me off course on the horizon after today..... yeah for that!

Tomorrow is the caucus here in Iowa -- lots of relief that is over within hours.  After 15-20 robo calls a day from Trump to Hillary to Obama and my mail box full of Bernie flyers and candidates EVERYWHERE.  It's time to go to New Hampshire.  Our luck the blizzard heading this way will get everyone stuck here all next week . . .

My next short-term goal is 210 or less by March 2nd.  We leave for a two week vacation between Phoenix and Puerto Vallarta!

It is bad enough to hear all the drivel on the news about the Iowa Caucus' but to have to live trough all that pre election bull**** for so long before it happens - bless y'all.  I'd have to go off the grid during that time otherwise I'd want to knock somebody from on political party to the other.

Last week: 178.8

This week: 175.4

Nice drop on the scales but rough ride getting there.  "Oscar", my pouch, has been a grouchy SOB all week.  Spent a lot of time in the water closet with the squirts.  Didn't let it keep me from getting the treadmill time in or taking advantage of 70 degree weather yesterday and cleaning out my shop building.

Dak Prescott, Mississippi State QB, won Outstanding Player at the Senior Bowl yesterday.  See where Johnny Manziel showed his ass in Ft. Worth.  Talk about Cowboys signing Manziel - No more bad hires Jerry.  They ain't worth it.

"American Sniper" is on my DVR to watch.  Not today though have to empty a closet and pantry out for painting this week after a supply run.

Go do your thing!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Hope you're feeling better. The water closet is not a fun place to spend time.

I don't know if my knees could handle 10 miles. I tried running last summer just to change things up, and my knees lasted two 30 min run/walk's.
