Throwing Up
Twice in 7 months.....once when I took two bites of sweet corn early on.... came right back up.
Second, after a 7 mile round trip hike, I think that was more physically overdoing it than anything lol.... on a small piece of a creamy dessert, about 1/4 cup did not set well and came back up about 15 minutes later.

I do want to ask a question about throwing up with a sleeve. With a lap band the food goes through the band and sits in the "lower" stomach and then goes on from there. If I get stuck on something it's in the upper portion of the stomach thus there is no bile. Throwing up is more like spitting up as it's just food and spit. I'm currently working with a doctor to revise to a sleeve and this post made me wonder if you throw up with a sleeve is is mostly spit and food or is it mixed with the sour bile that makes throwing up a pretty gross experience?

The cake is a lie, but Starbucks is not.
It can be a bit foamy which I assume is a little bile, but both times I threw up it was MINIMAL (mostly because you can't eat that much that quickly). I didn't find it any more gross than I thought it would be like? I know that really doesn't answer your question, but I have rarely thrown up in my adult life. Probably have thrown up less than 5 times in my 35 years of marriage and that includes stomach flu and the whole bit.
