Sunday Weigh in
Well haven't done an update in a few weeks, But dam the holidays kicked my butt and of course off the bad food around every corner had me gaining a couple of pounds. I will say though I am thinking about changing my end goal number since I further ahead than I thought I would be at this point.

Sttus Quo on the scale...would like to see a drop in number on scale but need to improve food intake. Going to do some food logging too which I think could be helpful.
Water-Started to add water flavoring like crystal light. It did help somewhat!
Vitamins-Good
Exercise-6 out of 7 did some type of exercise. Some cardio as well as strength training.

Had a big weight loss last week so wasn't overly surprised I gained a pound this week. Probably could have done a little better on Saturday before weighing in today. I'll get back on track. Walking is going well, water is good.
Have a good week everyone! and to Nate enjoy your beach vacation.......I'll be doing that soon!

I am doing better now that the holidays are over. I did pretty good except didn't really lose anything during that time. Trying to work in more exercise time especially skiing (alpine touring).
NSV - I had to cut about 6 inches off all of my belts. I found that for most of my reversible belts I was able to cut off the end that attaches to the buckle and save them from the donation pile.
