Sunday Weigh In
LW: 205.3
TW: 203.9
Getting closer! In just 4.0 pounds I will have a 100% excess body weight loss. I'm very excited about erasing my entire past and getting a true clean, fresh start. A week and half until Hawaii and today's cold Chicago temps have me even more ready to break out of here for a week this winter.
Hello Everyone! Congrats on the weight loss to everyone!

Well my weight loss is slowing down from 6lbs to week to about 3.5lbs per week. Glad I am still losing even if at a slower rate.
Not sure why I am so excited? but a non scale victory this week was going from 56 waist to 48 waist. I really had lost hope and never thought I would lose any weight when I was at 337. This week I have been fighting against food cravings. Not sure if anyone else has these? I have been craving salt almost every night. This was the first time since surgery I was craving butter. There was one day this past week that I was hungry from the time I woke up until I went to sleep. I did not give into the butter craving :) . I am continuing to exercise on the stationary bike about 50 minutes per day. I am continuing with vitamins and iron. Received a phone call from the surgeons office, and they advised that I am copper deficient. So I am not taking about 8mg of copper per week. The Colts did not have a good year and did not make it to the play offs this year. Now that winter has finally arrived it is 21 degrees here today, I am thinking about looking into joining a gym. I am about 3 mos post op and have lost approximately 62lbs. I am still very glad that I decided to have surgery. Thanks to everyone who posts here! Have a great week!

Had a SNAFU with returning to work this week. When I submitted my "return to work paperwork" from my surgeon's office it showed a 30lb weight limit restriction on lifting. My employer wont let me return to wor****il I have zero restrictions, so I'm stuck at home for another week and a half.
All in all, looks like everyone pretty much had a good week. Good job guys!

I remember I had the same thing. I thought they were going to lift my restrictions from 10 lbs and I would be free to go back to work. We'll they lifted it to 30.lol . After another 2 weeks then it was 50 . I was out for 8 weeks before they lifted my restrictions completely
