Last week was kind of a bust healthwise. Vitamins were good, exercise was OK (could have been better), water was very good but diet was subpar. I think I have a pretty good plan for this week and next to marry my exercise and diet. I gotta make that translate on the scale.
Winter decided to come storming into Mn just in time for an outdoor football game. I' not really a Vikings fan, but I think it will be fun to watch the game from the comfort of my living room. Who'd have thought that I'd need to go to Edmonton Alberta tomorrow to get warm....
Have a great week everyone!!

Good week for losing weight, maybe last Monday's prostate biopsy will do that for you. But no plans to try that regularly anytime soon! No report back yet on the biopsy, my follow up apt is Friday this week. I am optimistic that at least they didn't track me down within 24 hours for more tests or immediate treatment. Just saying they did that with my wife and her ovarian cancer so we are a bit skittish around here regarding biopsies, etc.
Had my 6 month checkup with my surgical team on Friday. All is good and the PA was very pleased with my progress, as I am. The did run a blood test to look at any vitamin deficiencies and that gave me I laugh when I got a message from the PA that my vitamin B12 was a little on the high side but nothing to worry about yet. REALLY, you guys have me taking B12 ??
Next short-term weight goal for me is less than 210 by March 2nd. We are heading to an all-inclusive resort south of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and can't wait to flaunt my still not sexy at all or ever will be 60 year old body around the pool...

Keep the cold up there! 31 degrees this morning and GF gets to having a "personal summer" when we are in the car. I was running the heater and she had the window open!
Now that the Texans have followed the Cowboys out of the play offs I have no dog(s) in that fight anymore. Feeling withdrawal already.
Clemson and Alabama tomorrow for the collegiate title. Torn. Cheer for the SEC despite not an Alabama fan for Clemson because of not a fan of Alabama?
Go do your thing!
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
