Last Sunday Weigh In for 2015
Well I have been doing terrible with the snacks . I have been filling up on crappie and didn't get my proper protein this week. I didn't gain or anything . Still having tough time getting water in but doing better . I'm glad to have this board to keep me in line/honest. It's awesome everyone is checking in and doing so great. Let's get another week. See you all next year.

@Iwant2behealthy Congrats on losing so much weight! I find myself wanting to snack especially at night. I drink a lot of water in between the protein. It seems like I constantly have a bottle of water with me. I even take a bottle of water into the doctors office with me. Keep up the good work. Happy New Year! Thanks for posting!

Happy New Year everyone! I am excited that I have lost about 6lbs this week. I am really happy about Non Scale victories of being able to fit into regular size Seats again. Before I had surgery there were so many places that I could not go because I could not fit into the seats. I have been monitoring my food on My Fitness Pal and using FitBit to track my steps. I continue to get 80 grams of protein each day from supplements. I have been getting on the stationary bike for about 40 minutes a day and fitting in a 30 minute walk when I can.Before surgery I wore a size 56 waist and today my waist size is 48. One issue I continue to be concerned with is a general fatigue. It seem like I get really worn out at the end of the day. Has anyone else felt fatigued 2.5 mos post surgery. I am wearing my cpap mask and per FitBit I am getting about 5-6 hours of sleep each night. I am taking vitamins and the iron. I will be traveling for about 3 days for an upcoming trip. I am concerned about getting my protein when I am not eating at home. While out of town, I will not be able to exercise and hope that I don't gain weight. Thanks for everyone's support! OK number on scale. In reviewing my weight have been hovering in the 210-220 mark for the last year or so. Still, want to move that number down to the 200-210 range. I know what I have to do...but doing it is another thing!!!
Water-Need to work on water intake.Not getting nearly enough!!!
Vitamins-Good
Exercise-6 out of 7 did some type of activity,loving warm weather as I am able to run outside! In fact yesterday I did a long run of 10 miles!!!!!
NSV of the week...being told at a family gathering for the holidays that I look great!!!
