Ohhh, a little bit of a stall (at least I want to use that excuse). Actually considering the holidays, didn't do too bad. Hopefully, things will improve as the month continues. Leaving for the holidays on Wednesday. Everyone have a great Christmas week! Saw Northern Iowa (my alma mater) defeat 5th ranked undefeated Iowa State last night in Des Moines. I only thought Northern Iowa could defeat undefeated #1's (Kansas and UNC the last few years) but they seem to be able to beat anyone in the top five!

I trended up earlier this week to nearly 210. Glad I got back within range and actually came in with a 1.6 loss. I've got my Christmas meals prepared and plotted out, so hopefully I can stay 100% on track with no cheats. I really want to hit 199.9 before vacation (going to Hawaii mid-January). I have a month from today to eek out 7.4 pounds. I don't think I'll get there, but having that goal/timeframe helps me keep serious. I'd love to roll up to my first ever (!!!!) beach vacation in onederland.

Getting so close to my first goal of 220. I picked that weight because I clearly remember the first time I realized I weighed that much. I had been 175-190 my whole life, looked at the scale, and thought "My God, whats going on? I'm fat". From there, it snowballed for 15 years. I told my doctor that memory this summer and told him that now I'd kill to be 220. Looking like I wont have to kill anyone.

Well I think it went ok. I'm still not drinking enough water some days. I did not excerise at all this week, not even one pushup. I I worked 12 to 15 hr days every day and then office partied after work every night. I have two more office parties for next week then I'm off the 24th through the 4th. The weather is we ird. I h as text the cold! And it's not really been cold here yet? Kinda worried but when winter actually hits.

Pretty Psyched...working at being mindful with eating, exercise and water and lo and behold down 1lb!! Seems silly to be excited but now that I am in maintence am ALWAYS happy to either maintain or lose on the scale!!!

Overall it has been a good week. I have lost 4 lbs. Its amazing to see how much weight you guys have lost! I am excited I was able to add back vegetables this week and have had broccoli twice this week. I am glad to have vegetables. I can also add in fruit but I am concerned about the amount of carbohydrates in fruit. Also it seems like this week I am starting to have food cravings again specifically salty and sugary foods. It seem like I never feel full even after I eat 3 oz of food. When I went to the doctor my BMI has lowered from 40 to 34. I continue to take the vitamins. Also I have been exercising every day, usually 45 minutes on a stationary bike and then sometimes 30 minutes of walking. In the past I was losing 4.6 lbs per week, this week I ave only lost 4 lbs. I am hoping to eventually get to the point wher I can stop wearing my cpap mask for my sleep apnea. If anyone else had sleep apnea, how much weight did you have to lose before you could start wearing your mask. I am not too concerned about being tempted to eat at Christmas. You will be amazed at how fast you will be where we are if you follow the plan your doctor lays out for you. Let's see what April brings for you man. I can't believe where I made it to so fast,it's definitely beyond my wildest imagination. Great to see your sticking to the plan. Keep up the good work brother.
