I had some good days and some bad days last week with eating. Same with exercise. Vitamins were pretty much spot on.

I was a little surprised when I had lost some weight after my trip, but I'll take it. Yesterday I started a liquid diet to help support my wife who is prepping for a colonoscopy. Another day and a half of that to go. It reminds me of the pre-surgery process (and not in a good way). I suspect I'll lose a bit more before her procedure tomorrow. It's a good thing with Christmas right around the corner.

Speaking of Christmas, my daughter started baking Christmas cookies. She started entering her foods into MFP when I had surgery, and has a streak almost as long as mine. In any case, she entered the cookie recipes into the calculator to get the calories per cookie. Its terrible.

Between UoM (Mich-Mich State game) and the Lions (Lions-Packers), I don't know how much more of this season I can take. I suppose its just time to sit back, enjoy the entertainment and look forward to the draft...again.

One last thing, I will be traveling to Michigan over Christmas, and wont be weighing in until January 3. I'll follow up on the forum, but would appreciate it if someone else can kick it off the next couple of weeks.

Have a great week everyone.

still completely uninspired by food, other than yogurt and Quest bars.  I've taken to forcing myself to eat grilled chucken and other "real" foods, but I really dont want to.  I'm hitting all my protein, hydration, and vitamin goals.  Good week for exercise....had the elliptical serviced so its completely silent and smooth....I lived on it this week.

Thanks. You guys are a tough act to follow.  Its really helpful to see so many people fighting the same fight and winning.  Helps me feel like this can be done.

Last week:  178.0

This week:  176.0

The meme is spot on!  Very applicable to this week.  I did win on the child porn cases!  Three out of the four.  Sentencing in the morning.  2-30 years and up to $30,000 in fines.  Don't think probation will be an option at this point.  And I learned too.  If I ever catch another child porn case, and I pray I don't - the computers head to Austin the day I get them!  Defense contention was that I/we "modified" the CPU's before they went to Austin.  Also said the ex-GF had planted the stuff so we would find it.  Sorry Mr. Johnny Cochran wanna be Defense Attorney but the Jury saw through your bull****  One not guilty was due to the pediatrician not being able to say for sure the young person was under 18.

Cowboys and Packers this afternoon.  Local sports guy predicting Packers by 6.  Waiting on the draft too.

Pounded the crap out of the treadmill this week as a stress reducer.  Seemed to have helped.

Turn off the computer, go outside and PLAY!!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Great news on the cases. I'm not sure how I feel about someone convicted of child porn getting out in 2 years. That bites.

Another consistent week, down 2.8 lbs.  Very happy about that, although the week started rough on Monday.  I had mentioned in last Sunday's weigh-in that I grazed all day after the weigh-in.  Well it was at an art show with displays/sales/demonstrations from about 80 artisans.  Each artisan had a few trays of goodies in their booths, from wine, cheese, Christmas treats, crackers, popcorn, yada, yada, yada.  Well on Monday I took a huge hit from that and had a nasty case of TMI, bowel troubles.  Even this old goat can learn, even if this time as I was in a sitting position on the throne!  Kind of a hard morning at work, but I survived and all passed, literally, by noon.

Still making my exercise goals and water is going very well.  The water part is almost getting second nature which is awesome.

Seems like a good week by all.

Highest =427

Day of surgery =362

Last week =235

Thus week=235

I stayed the same. Let's try to keep this a bit. It's very hard. I had to push myself to eat more. I will probably cut back as it is tough to eat this much.

Ht:6'5 Start weight 427, surgery weight=362 current weight 238 goal weight unsure?

Highest Weight 398 on July 1st

Surgery Weight 379 on July 8th

Today's Weight 285

Goal Weight for my first year was gonna be 250.  At this point I am rethinking my goal weight since the pounds have been coming off on a steady basis. Of course I still really have not seen a big difference in my looks, but so many other people are surprised which is a good thing. Even with being back on the road I have been keeping good track of my foods and eating the right things. The holidays and all the parties do make it a little harder. But I wouldn't rethink my choice one once.
