Today-215

Well, some ups and downs this week eating wise, but come this am fall back at 215. I looked up my stats and it has been where I have been for at least 3 months. Would like to push the scale back towards 200, but hard to do during the holidays!! Shooting for no gain!

Great comments in the thread today relative to nite time eating. I swear after 8 at nite I turn into a Gremlin and if I have a small snack it turns into a graze a thon!! Will try to manage this a little better...any suggestions appreciated!!

Water-OK

Vitamins-Spot On

Exercise-5 out of 7 did some type of activity, today  did a long run of 6 miles w/ my dog Roscoe loving 55 degree weather in December in New England!

NSV of the week...Playing Santa Claus and having to use a Pillow or my stomach!!

Did pretty good but having some nausea after I eat lately. Working on eating slower and planning to try PPI such as prilosec OTC in the morning time AND staying on zantac 2X per day.

Skinned up to the top of local ski resort (1600 ft. vertical ~ 1.2 miles) and walked 5 miles elk hunting. Knee is hurting and may slow me down a little this week.

Thanks for keeping this going!

I hear you on the knees. Too much weight, for too many years has my knees pretty beat up. I thought I'd try my luck at running this summer. No Bueno.

I did find that I really enjoy hiking though. The climbing adds quite a bit of effort to the walk.

I was just on the Rogue fitness site and found some compression sleeves for knees that I may try out either when doing legs at the gym, or possibly next summer. I have no idea of they work, but the concept is interesting.
