Nerts!
Stress grazing likely culprit. Last week was semi sorta bad work wise and I know this week will be too. Have jury trial I'm subpoenaed for going to trial on Tuesday. Suspect was offered 10 years deferred probation meaning if he lived right and complied with all of the conditions of probation for ten years it would be expunged. His lawyer drug ass with DA's office on plea bargaining and they being sick of his BS said okay let's go to trial. If the guy is found guilty he is likely to be looking at four ten year sentences "stacked". Means he has to do 30+ years to even be eligible for parole. Given his age he will likely die in prison. Kiddy porn is taken very seriously in Texas.
No Cowboys till Monday night. Means I have time to be a domestic god do some laundry and cleaning this afternoon.
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

I'm interested in the discussion about nighttime grazing. For the past 15 years, I've been a 10PM sandwich guy. Obviously I know thats brutal. This week I definitely noticed that Im getting that hunger as I watch tv at night. I had a couple sugar free popsicles, but it really doesnt take care of the urges ( which I'm certain are behavioral). Thinking about pistachios....I'm thinking that they might also help take away the (very behavioral) craving to have some chewing tobacco. Anybody know anything about how pistachios work for people like me?
@masshockey- I am also a night time eater and before surgery could graze on food at night. I have been eating sugar free popsicles at night. Hate to admit there was one night I ate 5 sugar free popsicles all at one time. I am not going to try to give food advice that is for sure. I just know that not craving food at night is very difficult. Have a good week!

Not a big week, but consistent. Down 1.4 lbs. Then after weighing in spent most of today grazing :-(, but at least have all this week to make up for it. Lots of social activities in the next 3 weeks so need to use some good sense, so I will see how that goes. Exercise has gone very well, so hopefully I can maintain that. Even if tidbits of food I shouldn't be nibbling on tend to get in the "holiday" road.
Oh and congratulations to Michigan State, that was a hard fought game. Iowa gets to go to the Rose Bowl for the first time in 25 years so proud of them! Go Hawks....

My wife and I are traveling back to Michigan for Christmas. I am already hearing about the **** that's going to be served. I wish I had the willpower to stay out of it. I don't. So my plan is to work as hard as possible to eat at a calorie deficit between now and Christmas in order to "bank" some calories. I don't know if it will be successful, bit you don't know till you try.
