Highest =427

Day of surgery =362

Last week=236

Today=228

After a week of travel I'm down 8 lbs. Yikes,not good

Ht:6'5 Start weight 427, surgery weight=362 current weight 238 goal weight unsure?

This week:  174.8

Below the "red line" this week!  Part of it I'll chalk up to a stomach bug that gave me "ED" (explosive diarrhea) for an evening and the next morning. 

In sports Alabama handed M-State their butts and Arkansas beat LSU in Baton Rouge.  State goes to Fayetteville next week.  Cowboys lose today and they'll be playing the rest of season for stats only.

Pray for the Parisians as they try to work through recent events.  ISIS et al are misinformed on what Western Culture truly entails and are fed a bunch of bull**** from other misinformed individuals thus perpetuating the hatred for the West.  As we say in law enforcement - keep your head on a swivel.

I'm having issues with the site today, so I'm not sure if this will post or not. If so... sinus surgery was ok this week. I'm still recovering and home. I bled a lot during the procedure so they were worried about that. Not sure what that was about. I feel ok now; just still taking it easy.

I'm happy to announce I made the 100 lbs total loss mark this week!  To be exact, 100.3 lbs.  :-).    All is going well, the lbs are coming off at a reasonably steady pace and I'm working on keeping to at least 30 minutes on the treadmill a day OR 10,000 steps or both!  If all goes well!

Changed my goal to reflect a total weight loss of 150 lbs.  I will be at the normal BMI weight range once I reach that weight for my height unless I get taller (can that happen at 60?).  186 is a weight I haven't seen in probably 15 years.  Bought a new pair of slacks today, 40" waist .... doesn't sound like much but after wearing 52" for the last few years it was a very nice moment.  Really looking forward to wearing 36 or maybe even 34" in the near future.
