Good morning everyone it's time for the Sunday morning weigh  in. I do not want to take QAJohns spot.

I am one month postop

starting weight 318.5 today's weight 286.4.

so in approximately one month since surgery have lost almost 32 pounds. It seems like I hit plateaus and my weight fluctuates frequently. I continue to eat 3 oz three meals per day. I am up to about 75 g of protein per day. I am only exercising every other day for about three days a week. I would like to increase my exercise  time  but it's difficult for me to find the time. Right now I can only have protein and I cannot have vegetables or fruit. I think at the two month mark when I can add fruit it will be better to have more variety of foods. Thanks for everyone who posts here I really appreciate it.  It's good to know there are other people going to the same thing as I am.  I am logging my food now on my fitness pal and it looks like I'm having about 850 to about 1050 cal per day. I hope everyone has a great week and everyone continues to lose weight Thanks

No problem at all with getting the day started. I'm still reeling from my last trip, and am kind of lazy this morning.

Whelp, in the last three weeks I have only been home 5 days. That's lots of breakfast's, Lunch's and dinners in restaurants. Over that time, I had some wins, some losses and some draws with regards to food. I was happy that I was able to get back into the gym also. I had a problem with my shoulder, but it held up fine this week. On to the Holiday Season!! With Thanksgiving coming, now is the time to start preparing. I'll work at eating at a deficit this week and will step up the exersize since I know that next weekend will suck.

Michigan is on a roll!! If this is what season 1 looks like under Harbaugh, I can't wait to see how the team improves down the road. In my whole life, I cannot remember ever cheering for Ohio State, but yesterday was an anomoly. Maybe I should become an Ohio State fan since it obviously doesn't help them

QAJohn  well that's completely amazing that you lost 145+ pounds for your first year congratulations!

My starting weight was 337 almost the same as yours .

I hope that I can lose that much weight this first year

Also it looks like you've been successful in maintaining the weight-loss that's really great

Go Colts!  Have a good week!

OHHH, not a particularly good week on the weight loss front.  Chalk it up to a little too much festivities...have to be diligent over the next month, I know...

To OhioDietguy, it sounds like you are off to an excellent start after your surgery.  Keep up the work, it is an AMAZING journey each and every day.  Enjoy the ride.

Last week 228

Today 230

Well after a scary 9 lb loss last week I was able to make sure I got all my liquid this week and I leveled at 230. I upped calories and didn't want to loose anything this week as I feel like a 9lb weight loss last week this far in was too much. Now back to maintaining

Dig it two weeks below the red line.

Mr. Romo is back to work today.

Last night GF and I went to a M-State watching party at another alumni's house in one of the high rent suburbs of Tyler.  51-50 over Arkansas.  Came down to they had a chance to kick the FG to win but our guy blocked it!

Thanksgiving week always a challenge food wise.  Will confess to allowing for piece of GF's SF pecan pie.

Have a Great Week!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Woah, huge drop! I had sinus surgery over a week ago and my stomach's been "off" a little bit with the antibiotic. I never have an appetite, but even worse this week. I "forgot" to eat a few times; (never thought I'd say that!). I'm back on track a bit, but my system is still a bit out of whack.

Have a great week!

Still getting used to eating this way.  I've learned how behavioral most of this is.  I was at a party and kept thinking, "i want one of those burgers....but I know I wouldnt be able to eat it right now anyhow".  I think I just want the to satisfy the habit of holding the burger and taking big bites...I'm certainly not hungry.  This is going well.

Up here, we dont really have a college team to root for (Boston College is not a team I want to root for).  But the Nfl season is going to plan.  Gotta keep Rex quiet tonite.
