Wow, I'm pretty sure I didn't gain 3# last week, but thats the number. I have plans today to go on a drive down the St Croix river for a mini color tour, with lunch at a small little town in Wisconsin. I'm not going to worry about calories to much today, but based on this weigh in I will make a substantial adjustment tomorrow in both calories and carbs. No travel this week, so I'm set up for success.
I still cant wrap my head around the UoM v MSU game yesterday. it was a great game between two very good football teams. I had pretty much come to the conclusion that Michigan was going to win. Just one simple punt.....dammit...My kids are all Michigan State fans so of course they were beside themselve happy, but I am still stunned this morning.
Have a great week everyone.
John
Wow what a game! Sorry your team lost, I think this will make Jim be sure he blows them out next year. Just to give you something to get excited about, lol.
I have been trying to keep my loosing to minimum but I am still loosing. So I guess the body will eventually settle somewhere.

I feel OK but I don't want to get ****y. Been able to up the pushup and I have been able to keep biking. The weather is starting to change, I need sweatpants and some riding gloves. I think I'm going to look at the local goodwill or "thrift" store. Whatever your area calls the used clothing place. I just don't want to pay 55 bucks for a pair of underarmer or Nike sweatpants. Texas or someplace in the south is kinda sounding good right about now. I could go for some 90 degree days. How about it Don? What's the weather like?
I was in Texas two weeks ago, and Tampa last week. Spending a couple weeks in the 90's was nice. Here in Minneapolis today the weather is near perfect again. Temp is low 60's, humidity is 0, Sky is BLUE like crazy with no clouds. I just got back from a drive down the St Croix river, and saw three Bald Eagles. Its fantastic.
It's weird...it's 51 here just a few miles south of the Philadelphia airport. I just went and bought some sweatpants. I'm not looking forward to winter for the first time ever. My toes and hands were cold the other day when it was 43. I had the car heater on 85 for my 50 min drive home

Kind of a disappointment to only drop .4 lbs this week, but still plugging along.
Following the diet pretty well, getting my 10,000 steps in on average each day. Hoping for more movement in the next couple of weeks.....

That last play of UoM and MSU would have been a heartbreaker to have happened in ANY game. Michigan fans are entitled to be walking around in a WTH haze.
M-State took care of Louisiana Tech, Alabama beat the Aggies and they feasted on gator meat (Florida) in Baton Rouge. (LSU)
Yesterday was the annual fall shindig in town yesterday. Fewer vendors but more pedestrian traffic than years past. Lots of on the feet time and I crept up on the scales. No bueno.
Is it just me or has everyone had issues with "cutting and pasting" since the latest OH upgrade?
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

1.8 off this week! I ramped up the exercise even more than before. I'm feeling it today, very tired. I've not upped my calories (still around 700 per day) but the added exercise has me thinking I'm a little low. I'm feeling depleted at the end of the day. Not like, "wow I did good today and need rest", but more "damn, I can't make it to bed I'm too tired".
Adjusting to a year post-surgery and my new body's needs have been a bit of a guessing game the past 2-3 weeks. I've been all over the place on the scale (221-227 and back to 221 again). I'm a bit of a yo-yo and I'm looking to stabilize this week and not focus too much on losing.
Have a great week everyone!
