I was looking at my MFP weight chart this morning, and although I'm still around my maintenence weight, I've been on a steady increase since the end of August. It makes sense with all the work/vacation activity, but time to get my head around my diet.

After working out with my trainer for about a year, we have worked out a weight lifting plan to keep building muscle and strength. Yesterday was the first day, and I should be able to continue as I travel this week and next. I don't need to be a body builder, but I would like a healthy bidy composition (less than 20% fat, aim for 15% fat). I'm both lifting weighst as well as doing cardio at the gym on a regular basis.

Dang the Wolverines are fun to watch. Next week againt Northwestern will be a fun game as well. I'm hopeful this is just the begining of the Harbough era. The Lions are another story. Ughhhh

Have a great week everyone

I like the motivational competition quote.

Heaviest=427

Surgery day=362

Last week=243

Today=241

I have upped my calories and I thought I was stable? I'm just going to figure my body will find its set point. Have a great week everyone.

Last week: 176.0

This week: 175.4

Texas A&M handled Mississippi A&M, AKA: Mississippi State, with ease in Aggieland yesterday. Not too many opportunities to ring the cowbell.

Cowboys and Saints tonight. Like both because of having grown up in NOLA but have to hang with my Cowboys.

Vios con dios, amigos.

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

I am sitting here a week out of RNY contemplating going back to work in the morning. My only concern is lack of energy. When did most of you recover and feel somewhat normal energy levels?

My Falcons won today but UGA got embarrassed yesterday!!!

It took me two weeks at least to feel ok. I was lucky to be able to stay out of work for 7 weeks as I had a very physical job at the time.
