Crappier week than I thought. Excersize was OK, but down a bit. Vitamins were OK. Food was where I fell off the wagon. Gotta get back to it this week. Not traveling much, so its all on me. 

I'm trying to get outside as much as possible this weekend. Temps in Mn are in the low 80's with no clouds, and no humidity to speak of. I doubt there will be another weekend like this till May, so I'm going to enjoy it. 

Great day for Michigan, its fun again watching the Wolverines. The Lions - not so much. I hope at least they don't embarass themsleves tonight.

OK I really tried hard to up my calories to see if I can stabilize my weight as I was feeling that I have gotten close to were I feel comfortable.  I have been able to do more exercising this week. Push-ups, started running lacrosse drills with my son, biking, and walking.  My vitamins and water have been ok. Need to pick up the water a little more. So I will try to keep at this spot calorie wise this next week. I am not looking forward to the cold weather.  Might be seriously considering a move south. We shall see. It is nice being able to run and play sports again.

The cold weather is terrible after losing all this weight. After years of being hot, all of a sudden you're the one turning the thermostat up . Buy lots of warm cloths, including good gloves and boots. Lots of layers helps also. 

Now that you're trying to maintain, make sure you're burning calories!! Excersize is great, but building muscle is best. IMHO losing is the easy part. Maintaining is the *****

Last Week: 196.8

Current Weight: 195.1

This month continues to be crap.  I really can't wait for October to get here, if nothing else just for the psychological boost knowing that we're starting a new month.  But my weight continues to drop, so there's a little good news from it.  I'm coming up on my surgiversary soon.

Day late due to weekend road trip.  Ass dragging.  Cowboys lost but M-State beat Auburn.  Next is Texas A&M in Aggieland.
