The Vitamin Store chain or you can order it online.

I also recommended these to a woman with separate health issues who had trouble with the standard protein supplements, and also swears by this stuff now.

Borath, I also work in a construction site and it is hard enough to stay hydrated with all this heat.    @ 6-weeks out I was focusing mostly on water intake.  I add propel powder to my water for vitamins and electrolytes.  For protein on the go I bought Peanut Butter in snack packets "No Sugar Added" and added non-flavored protein powder to my coffee.

At six weeks focus on staying hydrated first and then protein intake.

I know this is late, but if I could offer one other product, I drink an Isopure Zero Carb every day. 160 calories, 20oz of liquid and 40 grams of whey isolate protein. They have a few different flavors and it definitely beats the hell out of drink shakes every day. I'm 6 weeks out today as well, and having trouble eating things, so this drink is my go to. It can be expensive, like $3-4 a bottle. But it gets me through the day.

It's got great nuubers, and is a quality product. But all the flavors I tried tasted like ass.

100 grams at 6 weeks is really hard, especially if you don't want to do more shakes.

At 6 weeks I was doing a lot of deli meat, ham especially. It's very moist, and sliced thin it chews up really well.
