Sunday 9/6 Weigh In
I hope it's ok that I started this today; I didn't see one and I was excited to get my numbers out there!
HW: 450
SW: 428
LW: 238.5
TW: 234.2
4.3 pound lost in a week, BOOM! I'm getting closer to having lost 50% of myself, 225 is that magic number I'm looking for. Headed off for a car ride around the great lake to Michigan just for a day trip out of the city.
Football starts this week. No comment on the Tom Brady situation other than, go Steelers on Thursday. As a Dolphins fan, my second favorite team is anyone that plays New England.
Have a great week everyone!
336.5: High weight Feb, 2015
288.0: Surgery day 7/1/2015
256.0: Last Weigh in 8/30/2015
252.0: Today! 9/6/2015
190.0: Goal
I am also excited to post! Spent all week hovering around my beginning weight last week and this morning the skies opened and I lost 3.2 pounds. . . . yeaahhh baby..
Have 2.5 weeks until I go on a 10 day road trip/vacation so hoping to reach less than 250 by the start of the adventure as I know that probably won't give me the ideal meal plans but will do my best.
Its been an awesome weekend here in Western Iowa.... Nebraska Cornhuskers lost (always something to celebrate and savor around here:-). Iowa and Iowa State both won despite my alma mater losing to ISU.

Mississippi State took care of University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg including a 100 yd. kick off return. Next up LSU in Starkville. They will want payback for last year in Baton Rouge when State won in "Death Valley" Fortunately for McNeese State, in Lake Charles, LA, Mother Nature intervened and saved them from a likely ass whopping by the aforementioned LSU in said "Death Valley". Who is better qualified to throw a "Hail Mary" to win a football game than BYU in their win over Nebraska? Still mixing religion and football Notre Dame handed Texas their buttocks yesterday.
Short work week in more ways than one. Have to work tomorrow but off Tuesday to go with brother to get his first colonoscopy!! Won't need to do prep - I've got him scared ****less about it already! Will throw some of the dogs potty pads in the car for the ride over to the hospital just in case. Friday is another "school" day.
Have seen news reports and FB post regarding Deputy Goforth's and Officer Allen's funerals. Let this week be better than last in that regard. The bagpipes, 21 gun salute, Taps and "last call" have not gotten any easier the longer I work. Still have some sum*****es running amok North of Chicago that need to be corralled.
Turn off the computer and go out and enjoy Labor Day!
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
Highest =427
Day of surgery(3-16-15)=362
Last week=250
Today=247
Crazy that I lost another 3 this week. Past my goal and I guess I will move it to 235? I go see the doctor for my 6 month on the 14th. I still feel good and I am just getting my protein in and drinking lots of water. Vitamins have been good and I'm still biking. I added in some push ups. Thanks for starting the thread. Have a great week guys.

You know, I'm okay with a slight gain. Started back to work this week, and had 4 days straight of going out for lunch. Normally, we teachers get 25 minutes to inhale something, so these work weeks when we actually get to leave are like a holiday. I ate way too much during those lunches, but got back on track.
Michigan lost to Utah, but had a lot of positives to build upon. If they can get the QB position worked out, they should have a pretty good year. And looking forward to the NFL starting up. Go Lions!
