Whitmore lake is like a hometown boy for me. I grew up in South Lyon.

Congratulations on your success. The weight loss will slow down over time since your getting smaller, but at the same time you getting smaller can help your activity level. Keep up your diet and excersize, and it really doesn't matter how fast or slow the scale moves. It will keep going in the right direction.

I had my first major stall in the third month after surgery.  It lingered on about 3 weeks and then bang, I dropped 8 pounds in one week.  I have had several stall along the way but always came out with a bigger than normal loss.  I tend to think this is the bodies defense system against losing to much to maintain health..*****ally knows.  I agree with waiting to long and should have done this 15-20 years ago.  Keep after it and good luck!
