Sunday Weigh In
Yesterday's scale was about the same as always, it seems - not freakin' moving. Sitting at 258 and holding.
I must increase my time in the gym... I am behaving as far as calorie/nutrients, but apparently I'm just not working enough to kick-start another drop. I'm doing the elliptical torture machine for one of three things: Fasted 3-mile time (current personal record: 3 miles at a 8:15 pace); distance (5 miles is my personal best ... I really gotta be in the mood for this one. I could get 6+ if I would just do it, I think...), or my usual "Gonna do 45 minutes as hard as I can"...
After that sweat-fest, I hit the weights and do light work - I dont think I'll ever develop enough muscle mass to off-set the saggy skin.

Had a good week. Last week of "mushy food" stage. Don't plan to change much this week. Focusing on staying hydrated.
Two more weeks and I can start more serious exercise and pull back my bow.
