Yesterday's scale was about the same as always, it seems - not freakin' moving.  Sitting at 258 and holding.

I must increase my time in the gym... I am behaving as far as calorie/nutrients, but apparently I'm just not working enough to kick-start another drop.  I'm doing the elliptical torture machine for one of three things:  Fasted 3-mile time (current personal record:  3 miles at a 8:15 pace); distance (5 miles is my personal best ... I really gotta be in the mood for this one.  I could get 6+ if I would just do it, I think...), or my usual "Gonna do 45 minutes as hard as I can"... 

After that sweat-fest, I hit the weights and do light work - I dont think I'll ever develop enough muscle mass to off-set the saggy skin.  

Anyway, my info:

High Weight (December 2008):  405

Consult weight (March 2015):  324

Surgery Weight (April 2015): 210

Current Weight (August 2015):  258.2

I hear you on the Eliptical. I still do cardio from time to time, and when I do, i set goals for myself like you. One thing that I do is wear a polar heart rate monitor, and I'll play with my heart rate with intervals. Its good for me, and helps the time go by faster.

Had a good week. Last week of "mushy food" stage. Don't plan to change much this week. Focusing on staying hydrated.

Two more weeks and I can start more serious exercise and pull back my bow.

Yeah, be careful when chaging foods up. Some foods that you used to eat, wont sit well (for me it was chicken breast and broccoli). Even a year and a half out dry foods can sit heavy on my pouch.
