Sunday Weigh In
336.5: High weight Feb, 2015
288.0: Surgery day 7/1/2015
262.4: Last Weigh in
190.0: Goal
A day late, but nevertheless I made it.... two weeks of vacation does take a toll on the weight loss program. Although I did lose .4 lbs... ;-). Lots of walking must have helped because I am sure the wine trail I was on didn't.
I have a month until another vacation so I am determined to make more progress. My 3 month apt with my surgeon is October 2nd so am hoping to lose 10 lbs between now and then as I have been pretty stable for about 3 weeks. Food is going well for the most part. I am really pleased at my ability to stop eating when I feel the fullness. I do see how important it is not to snack on the wrong things between meals because that would be the VSG's downfall I am sure.

Fairly good week and went under the 240# line after 5 weeks with no movement. Today I travel back to Colombia this time my wife is getting a sleeve on Friday. We will be a WLS surgery family and we are both looking forward to travel this journey together. I'm going back to the liquid diet phase with her for moral support so I should be moving in the scale again. Let's see how it goes.
HW 375lbs
LW 241lbs
This week 238.6lbs
I'm very late this week. Since I'm moving around and constantly busy now, I'm just on the go! :)
Actually I was in Cincinnati watching tennis and riding roller coasters. Yes, my formerly fat ass was able to fit and I didn't fly out or even injure myself or anyone else. It was fun!
Here are my numbers from Sunday:
HW: 450
SW: 428
LW: 247.4
TW: 244.0
Boom!
I need to get a scale that I can use at home.
I had a PE post op complication and am getting my INR checked out at my local hospital...that's where I get my vitals and weight checked.
ANYWAYS...
6 weeks out...down a total of 81lbs. 30lbs 10 days prior to being sleeved and 51 post op.
