Well.... I had a great week with the grandkids, and the scale shows it. I started back on track with breakfast this morning, and I'll be out of town all week so I'll be able to get back into a standard routine. I was able to get to the gym 4 times, but with all the activity, I was not as disciplined with vitamins as I should be. I'm headed to the gym after writing this, and then we need to get the house back in order.
The NFL is back in camp, Hard Knocks starts this week and the first Pre-season game is tonight. I generally don't follow to many sports, except for football. My wife hates this time of year .
This was the first time I flew since surgery and boy what a difference it is. Being away on business was tough in the past as I usually would have a lot of bad food choices.i then would proceed to tear up massive quantities of crap food all day and night. Biggest thing was the NSV of being able to fit in one regular seat on a plan! Truly amazing! ! I also lost a pound? Not the best week but in the past I would have gained. I know I was not getting my vitamins or water right this week at all. Not good . hopefully I will keep sipping this weekend and get back on track. John glad to hear you family time went well. Good luck on the road this week.
Go EAGLES!!
Eric
This summer has been near perfect with aytime highs between 80-85 and VERY low humidity. It has mostly rained an night with nice sunny days. The crops are going crazy this year. This coming week, they are talking about highs of 83 with dewpoints in the 40's (fall like). Unfortunatly, I wont be around to enjoy it.
High-346
Low-196
Today-210
Hectic Summer, have not posted in a while :( Still, reflecting on my weight over last year or so some fluctuation but seems to generally settle at 210. I would LOVE to back to under 200, but know I need to be more mindful in my eating...Alas, this is a Marathon and not a sprint so slow and steady is how it goes!!
Food-Descent...but gotta work on the grazing as it is a DAILY CHALLENGE!!
Water-OK
Vitamins-Spot On
Exercise-5 out of 7 did some type of activity, yesterday did a 7 mile run in Memorial for a friend who died last year from Cancer...ran on the Cape Cod Canal and sure my friend Steve was watching down on me and smiling!
NSV of the week...Attended my High School Reunion and suffice it to say my old classmates were pretty amazed at the weight loss !!
Have a Great Week!
Yours in WLS Journey,
Bill Mac
