Pretty good week! One month checkup went well, I can now eat regular food within reason..... yea! Trying to get in 100/100 grams of protein carbs per physician orders. Plus the 64+ oz of water per day. Recovering from my UTI that started on July 23rd, will be on Cipro through this Thursday.
Went to wedding reception last night and I felt I did pretty well other than the 8 oz of wine over a 3 hour period. Slow and steady it seems at this point. Have 18 days of vacation planned between now and Oct 1. That will be the big test for me.

Wow, I've hit the first of my goals. I'm like 9 lbs away from not being obese according to the BMW charts. I will be flying for the first time since loosing 166lbs. I still got seats with extra leg room since I'm 6'5 but my assignment and legs should fit into the seat much better. I'm going to be in the west Palm Beach area of Florida for the week. I'm Trying To Estate Some Seafood By A Inlet A Few Times While Theresa For DC dinner. I still can't believe I'm a 261 today. Seems unreal?

This week I’m down 2.8 lbs overall but down 3.8 lbs muscle mass. I made it to the gym 5 days this past week for cardio and strength training. I did ok mindfully eating. Protein was good and water ok.
My 6th surgiversary is coming up this Tuesday. The past 6 years has been some of best in my life. Being healthy and able to go and do with family and friends has been priceless. The road has not been easy but very few things in life that are worthwhile are.
