I think the long travel week caught up to me last week. I'm tired, and the scale kinda shows that. Only one quick overnight trip tomorrow, and then basically two weeks at home to enjoy the summer and smell the roses a little bit.
Excersize has been tough the last couple weeks, but I'm headed to the gym after writing this post, and I should be able to get back into the swing of things this week. Protein is good as always, but carbs are creeping up with all the great fruit and vegetables available right now. I was thinking about that yesterday. Between Early July and Late October, its tough for me to stay low carb when we start with fresh strawberries and finish with fresh apples. It takes some extra effort on my part to make sure I eat healthy, excersize regularly and use moderation.

Nice post john, I'm still at a point where I don't eat more than one sliver of a piece of fruit maybe once over the last month. I only have room for protein. I have been getting in over 100 to 110 grams a day of protein.

I was messing with the BMW calculator yesterday and I'm 31.6 I believe. If I get to 252 I will be 29.6 Wichita will be out of the obese range. I have my bike rides cut short 2 times this week because of rain and the phone. ( I was on call) . I am hoping to go to the park and play some Frisbee today and maybe hike the trails a bit . I would spend many summer hours at this local state park while in college so I will enjoy the scenery at least. I am heading to Jupiter/ west Palm Beach Florida next Sunday night for the week. So it should be interesting. I am already looking at ocean side restaurants for seafood and steak;D

Eventful week. First a weight loss! Yea..... I'm excited about that even though I am suffering through UTI for the first time in my life. My gosh that hurts. . . Spent an overnight in emergency on late Thursday and have spent a lot of my exercise time going to and from the toilet. Making painful grunting noises, etc. But I lost two pounds! I'm trying very hard to be positive.
I go back for my one month check on Friday and hopefully on a standard diet real soon. Water is going well, despite the fact I know I need to urinate more after drinking it, damn.

This week went really well. Yesterday I was actually at my lowest ever, 202.8, but a long day at an open house with some bad decisions made me jump up today. I did have a good gym week though. I have no doubt that this week I'll get back down to the 202s.

Pretty good if do say so myself. Saw my GP this week, he was honestly shocked, he told me by now most of his bariatric patients have slowed significantly ( tho I suspect they also eat significantly more, lol). Anyhow, good week, tho I am borderline anemic and low in folic acid.

A 2.7 loss this week. A few days ago I saw a 251, so I'm getting really close to my next major milestone. As the weight loss started I wondered if I could possibly see 250 and I'm almost there. I set my goal at 240 just to pick a number. And it seems that's actually becoming a real goal. Either way, weight 250 would mean a 200 pound weight loss which is something I can barely wrap my head around. I'm really hopeful that I get under 250 this week. I'll work my tail off to see that I do and I'll be sure to scream from the rooftops here next Sunday. :)

Very tough week. I tried to push my knee too much for cardio and got worst. Hit hard on weights and it shows a bit as most of the 4lbs gain is water and dropped fat %. Still eating is becoming a bit of an issue at night as I am getting very bad cravings to eat sweets. I have no problems during the day at work and in the afternoon doing chores at home. It is once I lay down to sleep or watch TV. Anyways it is a lot better than 9 months ago.
