This week I’m up 1 lb overall but up 2.8 lbs muscle mass. Being on the road last week, I made it to the hotel gym 3 days for cardio. I did marginally ok mindfully eating. Protein and water intake were good.
This week will be good to get back in my regular food & exercise routine.

Day late because of not being home yesterday morning. 35th HS reunion near Houston. Might have well stayed home. Folks I really wanted to see weren't there. Enjoyed myself for the 2.5 hours I was there but I think with the exception of the venue employees and the two Harris County deputies there working security I was the only stone cold sober person in the place.
Up tick in scales due to getting treadmill time again! Having to start slow and build back up. New mower has to go back. Found out why it came back from original buyer to begin with. Oil leak by air filter assembly. Cut good though.

All in all, not bad, considering my family was in town four days this week . I'd been staying away from the forum cause I was in a stall all last month, however, that's like putting your head in the sand. So I'm back :)

Just nice job getting back into the game. If you hit a stall just keep doing the plan and post about the stall. I know it helps me when others are going through the same stuff as me and I see them keep involved. Did you figure out what was going on?
Honestly, I am still stumped. I suspect it's CHF, sleep deprivation, I can put massive amounts of water weight, when I don't sleep or lie flat I've put on as much as 12 lbs of water weight, plus lasix, Ketosis lead to dehydration which leads to more water being ingested. All conjecture in my part of course, had some bloodwoork done this week, to check hormone and vitamin/mineral levels. Cause I'm super dizzy. We'll see.

Been out of here for a while. I have kept good progress with ups and downs on the eating and mostly sucking at cardio exercise but doing good with weights. Let's see if the chart is inserted in the post. Just in case, these are my numbers.
