The Numbers:
346: All time high 7/1/10 - BMI = 52
326: Tufts Medical Center, Surgery 12/27/10 BMI=49
212:5/31/15-->0 lb gain BMI=30
214:5/31/15---2 lb gain Body Fat=22%
130 Total Weight Loss
Eating: Clearly too much...tried tracking, mindless eating etc but just feel like GIVING UP at times...I keep trying to get back to basics but some days it can be impossible...alas, enough w/ the *****ing...gotta **** or get off the pot and try to do better 1 meal at a time
Vitamins: On a positive note this has been good..
Water: OK, could always be better
Exercise: Pretty good week, worked out 6/7 days...excited as I am training to do a Triathaoln in July!!

4.2 this week and I'll take it! I had a couple instances where I had bites (small bites) of food I haven't touched since my journey started; carrot cake, popcorn at the movies, etc. I was controlled but I just have had a 0 tolerance policy. I need to keep my defenses up so this doesn't become a habit. I'm sure I can do, but I worry since sweets and treats were my vice.
