How did you set your goal weight?
I'll be 15 weeks out on the day after Memorial Day.
Been thinking about a goal weight - and my question is, should I set one this early or just keep doing all the right things and see what my body wants to do?
Lowest I've been since I was a teenager was in 1995- and I was at 240. But my Sr. Year of HS I was 220.
Just thinking out loud and asking for some opinions.
