Pain in left side of Abdomen
I have had sharp, stabbing pains in my left abdomen area for going on 6 months. I am 6 yrs post op. At first, docs thought it was a epydidimitis, then a spigelian hernia, now they have no clue. CT scan was normal, colonoscopy and endoscopy normal as well. I am beginning to wonder if it is due to the fat layer pulling away from the underlying muscle since it worsens substantially if I bend over, lean forward or lay on my left side. The only thing that throws this theory off is it also is extremely painful in that area if I lay on my stomach.
Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing similar symptoms or gotten a definitive answer. Thanks for any replies.
