Dunno was to busy racing my first Tri of the season.
Don't care as I took 2nd place in the Clydesdale division. Working on dropping 25-30 of a bounce from injuries and stuff but mainly enjoying what I can do.

Ohio Guy, from another Columbus Ohio guy. I am 3 weeks post surgery (sleeve) and have lost 30 since surgery, 40 overall. Surgery was the best decision I have made in a long time. I feel great. Swam a mile this morning with missus (great spousal credit received). I can actually pick something off the floor without having to find a chair to lean on. 5 more pounds to get below 317, which has been my low weight over the last 10 years. Freaking awesome. Thanks to everyone for their comments. Regarding your specific Ohio questions, I don't know the answers as I did sleeve, but my BM's were let's say varied right after surgery, and I am now basically constipated all the time. I take two capfuls of gentlelax in my vitamin water a day, and am as right as rain.
Off to Hawaii in one month to celebrate 20th. 10 days. Any suggestions regarding dealing with the food on the road would be appreciated.
Onward! or better yet, Offward!
