Welcome. Posting on Monday's is completly up to you.

Sounds like you're doing great so far. I think that 37# is doable in 2 months, but we are all different.

High of about 300.

Surgery weight 282.

Hit goal of 190 in 6 months and 10 days...didn't cheat and did moderate exercise.

I felt I lost again...I haven't been on "my scale"...not doctor's for over a month.  At the doctor's about 2 weeks ago I was 217 with clothes.  Today I got on the scale I was 211.  At over 8 years out I'll take that almost any day.  Over the years I had regained to about 235 or so.  About 4-6 months ago my cardiologist told me I was retaining fluids in my legs slightly!!  I freaked out and got down to about 205.  I regained to about 215 to 217.  But the last few days I was mowing lawns a ton (push mower) and riding my bike+pruning bushes.  So I hopped on the scale.  Brian  PS  For you new guys on how to break a stall in your weight loss...Hard physical work.  When I would exercise my body would retain the weight.  For some reason when I did hard physical work...using muscles I hadn't used for awhile (pruning, cleaning gutters, garden, clean up, clean the car) the weight would drop.  Go figure...

I've been reading that it's a good idea to keep changing things up from an activity standpoint to keep your body "guessing". There's nothing wrong with good hard work at home to make that happen. Great advice.
