Daylight Saving Time Weigh In
I'd suggest some of the sugar free, zero sugar flavor enhancers, like crystal light, kool aid, mio, etc. Sometimes it's nice just to have a little flavor instead of plain water.
And the dry mouth comes in either a rinse or a spray.

Well, 3 lbs isn't bad, however, I've been way off track with both water and exercise. Especially considering I've CHF and take water pills, so I've spent the last six months dizzy as hell and poop about every 10 days. And of course, I've just been prescribed a new pill that dehydrates you, Allopurinol. Anyhow, the lesson here boys, DRINK YOUR WATER!!!!
And John, I feel the same way, I've been lurking for over a year and have only recently started posting. Mostly because, the main demo for some of the other forums seems to be women in their 30s-40s with an excess of 100 lbs. Difficult to relate to, when you're a man and have an excess of almost 400 lbs.

I’m down 4.6 lbs overall this week and down 4.2 lbs muscle mass. I made it to the gym on 5 days this past week for both cardio and strength training. I did ok mindfully eating and water intake.
Spring has definitely sprung here in Middle Georgia. Highs this week in the 70’s and a couple of days in the 80s.
Be safe & have a great week gentlemen!
