Wanted to thank everybody...I've been lurkin for week and the help and advice has been so appreciated.  Will share more as the new life unfolds.

Welcome, glad you are coming out of the shadows. Good luck with your pre-op diet, its pretty important and best wishes for a successful surgery. The pre-op and immediate post-op diets can be boring and tough to get through, but you can do it for sure. It will definitly be worth it in the end.

Any questions, comments, gripes etc. toss them out here.  Odds are one of us have BTDT and can help you.  While the two sexes WLS journey is comparable in many ways there are some differences.  Main one being that men tend to lose weight faster than the ladies do.  Makes them jealous.
