@JfromLA - Awesome job. Nearly 200# in about 1/2 year is AMAZING. Keep up the good work. I know you've got a way to go, but I hope you're already feeling better with the weight you've lost.

Aww, shucks! Thanks for all the support. And yeah Qajohn I'm feeling a thousand percent better. These last few days I'm trying to focus on the progress I've made, rather than the road ahead. That's the reason I finally stopped lurking after 6 months.

Starting weight 341

Weight on Surgery day 324 (2/10/2015)

Current weight 304

Goal 241

Been suck at the weight for 5 days now and Im eating right, exercising, and getting my water. It sucks big time. 2 weeks from my 1st dr appointment since surgery and was hoping to be down 35-40 lbs. On the good side my body is rapidly changing.  My 19.5 nect is almost an 18.  My 46 in waist is under a 44 now.  Clothes starting to hang and Im up 2 holes on my belt.

I will keep pushing along and hopefully one of these days I will see a 2 lb or more drop on the scale.  I'm really looking forward to being under 300 lbs because above 300 is where I have been stuck for the past 10 years.  I've lost the same 40-50 lbs 5 times in the last 10 years.  Really excited to see 275 or less.
