OK..that was shocking. I was on School Vacation as I am a teacher. I was able to focus on my eating by logging and being mindful. Further, was able to to work out ALOT. Then BOOM 5 pound loss...most in a while. Still, not going to go gaga over it as I am sure returning to work and not being able to work out mutlitple times a day the the number will scale up. Still, nice to see the tool works!!
Exercise was great...often able to get it in two times a day...running, spin, body pump, swimming...Love it all!!
One thing of negative note is my water intake...it is pathetic. Maybe 2-3 glasses a day, need to focus on that this week!
Another winter storm in MA, hoping it was last big one of season!!!
Have a great week!

Hey guys, I hope everyone's been well. I've been busy with work and just working out so I missed checking in last week. My appointment (a week and half ago) with my surgeon was great. I'm on track and all of my labs are good. I did get a new scale, I got the Fitbit Aria which I love! My old scale was about 6 different from my doctor's office and this one is really close (I know things fluctuate, but the point is my old scale was probably just really, really old and for sure was very, very cheap).
Last Week: 330.1
This Week: 325.4
Week Loss: 4.7
Surgery Loss: 102.6
Total Loss: 124.6
Working out has been good. I'm consistently walking over 5 miles per day and on Saturday I ended up going just over 8! We finally had 1 day in the 20s so I took full advantage. It's cold again, so back indoors I go. I'm finding very creative ways to get my steps in.
Have a great week!
