Another week, another small tick up....don't like the trending status at this point! Still, not surprised as I have been all over the map with my eating. Some meals/days pretty good....others just awful. Also, have not been logging either. Just seem unable to find any consistency. Also, no excuses but the weather and general malais are no help!! Still, I know I can do this!! Therefore, starting now going to focus on 3 things:  Logging, Protein, and cutting out simple carbs!

In terms of exercise, was able to workout 5/7 days pretty happy with that...

Vitamins and Water are good overall which are important to the whole program as well so need to stay consistent with them.

Lastly, living here in MA is great but this winter is a *****ready for spring!!

Have a great week!

Bill Mac

Eating for me is definitly going to be a lifelong struggle. I can for sure understand what you're going through. You have the plan, just need to make it part of your lifestyle.

One think I think, isthat food is NOT the enemy. We need to eat to survive and improve. Its what we eat that's important. For me, its changing my mindset that food is for comfort, to food is for fuel.

@John, any move in the right direction is definitely a win!

@Don, so sorry for your loss.  Finding a woman to put up with our BS for a lifetime and who you can still depend on is a God given gift.  I’m fortunate I married mine 32 years ago.  There’s still 3,999,999,998 other women left in world so don’t lose hope.

@wcdaniels, I’m sure the ramped up strength training has helped stave off the stall, but don’t be surprised when it doe****

@BillMac, bet you get some good workouts shoveling snow too!

    My stats this week:

           High weight:  392.0 lbs
Pre-op Weight 4 Aug 09:  377.5 lbs
      1st Surgiversary:  241.0 lbs
      2nd Surgiversary:  212.5 lbs
      3rd Surgiversary:  217.0 lbs
      4th Surgiversary:  214.0 lbs
      5th Surgiversary:  223.0 lbs
Last week:  221.6 lbs / 22.9% body fat / 162.6 lbs muscle mass
This week:  222.4 lbs / 22.9% body fat / 163.2 lbs muscle mass

I’m up 0.8 lbs overall this week and up 0.6 lbs muscle mass.  I made it to the gym on 4 days this past week for both cardio and strength training.  I did ok mindfully eating and water intake.  My body water is status quo with muscle mass slightly up.

Be safe & have a great week gentlemen!
