Anyone normally wear compression shirts and shorts?
I wear Nike compression tops and compression shorts in the gym. I have a mixture or starter, Nike and UA. As far as compression pants, I dont wear those quite as often as my other workout clothes but overall compression gear is great for your sweat, keeping everything nice and tight, etc. If you go to any sports store they have a ton of options and not only just dri fit, etc. Cheers

I just got a Spanx compression t shirt on sale at Macy's. It's so supportive and my posture has never been better! I can only wear it a few hours at a time as it's really supportive. It was $55 but on sale for $29. A lot more than I would normally pay, but actually it's way better than the cheap ones I did have. If you can find a sale, I say go for it. I wouldn't pay $55 for it, but I'm cheap like that. :)
Thanks for the info about Macy's. I wanted to try the Spanx, but $55 is definitely way too much. It's good to know that they go on sale sometimes.

150 lost and maintaining!
I also currently wear it in the gym, for the skin. I'm thinking about wearing it as an undershirt all day though. Just to help hold in this loose skin.

I don't wear a compression shirt yet. I plan on buying some this week. My problem is that the loose skin either pinches me when I am laying down working out (say crunches), or is uncomfortable when I do a cardio type activity (like running). Since I've lost a bunch of weight, I have more energy than I've had in a long time. instead of walking down stairs, I bound down the stairs. My excess skin flaps around and really hurts. I'm hoping that the compression shirts hold everything together to be more comfortable.
