Anyone normally wear compression shirts and shorts?
I wear a compression shirt and compression shorts at the gym, and I really like the support they give me. I have a lot of extra skin in my upper thighs, and especially over the last month or so, I'm really loose around my gut. I've thought about wearing some compression gear daily just as my undergarments, but I'm wondering if any of you do that? I'm just curious if there's any sort of side effects from wearing it for hours at a time that you experience.

I wear XL in shirts (actually XLT), and I wear an XL in the compression shirt. I had a 3xl compression shirt from before surgery, and when that started to get big, I jumped down to an XL. I figured no big deal if it were tight, since that's what it is supposed to do. I believe that you're supposed to pick the size of your normal shirts, so a large would probably be it for you.

I wear Compression tanks daily and buy a size smaller than I wear.
When running I wear compression tops and bottoms.

Where did you get the tanks? I find lots of compression t-shirts, and plenty of sleeveless, but I'm having trouble finding compression tank tops.

Ah, okay. Thanks. I'd rather have a real tank top, but I'm not having luck. These should work pretty well though.
