Super Bowl Sunday Weigh In
Last week: 172.6
This week: 171.6
Like that number. Like to say it is because of hard work and clean living but not so much. Life events getting in the way of treadmill time this week. Plan to get some of that done this afternoon.
Work doing better. Had to pull a very slow and wet 3-11 last night and feeling discombobulated this morning. At least the fur child let me make it to 7:30.
I'm taking Brady and his deflated balls to win today. Too much of a Cowboys fan to cheer for Seattle even though they knocked Green Bay out of the playoffs. After tonight let the football withdrawal begin in earnest.
Have a Great Week Gents!
Super Bowl XLIX (aka 'Birthday Bowl XL' for me.)
LW: 338.8
TW: 333.8
Week Loss: 5.0
Post-Surgery 9/26/2014 Loss: 94.2
Total Loss: 116.2
I *juuuuust* missed hitting my goal of 330 for my birthday. I still can't believe I'm down 116 in just a few months. I feel so much better and am so much more active without any pain. What a gift!
As a Dolphins fan, I just can't go with New England so it's all about Seattle today. It's always a little sad when the season's over, but I immediate think of hot summer pre-season training when there's no blizzard (like Chicago is having today!).
I'm off to celebrate watching the ton of snow fall while sitting in front of my fireplace. Have a great week everyone!
@Don, deflategate is just another way to sell newspapers. Like we need more hype for the SB? Don’t really care who wins but just want to see a good game and some hilarious commercials!
@NateH, congrats and Happy Birthday!
My stats this week:
High weight: 392.0 lbs
Pre-op Weight 4 Aug 09: 377.5 lbs

3rd Surgiversary: 217.0 lbs
4th Surgiversary: 214.0 lbs
5th Surgiversary: 223.0 lbs
Last week: 225.4 lbs / 23.3% body fat / 164.2 lbs muscle mass
This week: 224.2 lbs / 22.5% body fat / 165.2 lbs muscle mass
I’m down another lb this week and up a lb in muscle mass. I made it to the gym on 4 days this past week for both cardio and strength training. I did ok mindfully eating and water intake. My body water % is up 1% and muscle mass heading back in right direction.
After rain tomorrow, another week of beautiful weather in middle Georgia is in store. It looks like another nor’easter is headed for New England. I’m sure those Pat fans in Phoenix are glad they’re not home with another foot of snow on the way!
Be safe & have a great week gentlemen!
-Mike

Glad to see the number on the scale go down for 2nd week in row!! Part of it was from doing a good job eating and exercising this week so as noted above always good to know the tool still works when I use it along with other tools such as exercise and water consumption! Still, I think another reason for the drop was due to having been sick with a cold/flu and just not feeling 100%. In any event, never a bad thing when number on scale is moving in the loss direction!
As I commented, good week of exercise. Even with a snow blizzard was able to exercise 5 out of 7 days. Take that every week consistently...
Vitamins and Water are good overall which are important to the whole program as well so need to stay consistent with them.
Being a NE Pats life long fan, hoping Brady & Belicheck get their 4th ring today...not going to be easy as Seattle is a great team, but hope the boys bring home the Lombardi Trophy!!!!
Have a great week!
Yours in WLS Journey,
Bill Mac

Horrible week eating and working out, so I'll take a .8 loss! Back to strict tomorrow!
4:00 minutes left in the Super Bowl. Still rooting for Pats (mainly because of Brady - Go Blue!)
