Thanks for the heads up. Fortunatly (or unfortunatly) my boss will keep me going from 7:00 am till 9:00 pm every day. I suppose that will save me a few bucks.

Congratulations on breaking the 300 pound mark!

Enjoy China.  I guess the insects on a stick there could be considered a source of protein.

I'll check myfitnesspal to see how much protein is In ants, scorpion, tree grubs, termites, dragonflies, etc...

I will definitely have to wet noodles as those are my weakness in Chinese cuisine.

I've not been to China, but my brother was there for awhile. He said there's a lot of meat dishes, he just wasn't sure what animal in particular he was eating. ;)  Have fun on your trip, although it sounds very busy!

Pardon moi for sick humor...

What do you call a Chinese merchant with a pack of dogs?  A caterer!

What is his most requested main course?  Muttloaf!

Its fun watching that first number change, congratulations.

I hated the food in China. Mysterious bowls of food on a turntable with all sorts of hands in the bowl. I always looked forward to the rice at the end of the meal. You may want to consider taking a suitcase with some protein bars and shakes just to supplement your meals. Aside from the insects, and 1000 year old eggs, there will be broths and some protein you can eat.

Good luck and check in once in a while to let us know how the trip is going.
