Alcohol
Being a Vegas Native that opted to get the hell out, I know what the scene is like there. Many have raised good points about the affects on your body and the overtime your kidneys will already be doing.
Prior to surgery I went through times where I drank mainly at holidays or get togethers. Now I may have a celebratory drink or 1 at the holidays and it is like a crap shoot on how it will affect me. I can and have drank a couple beers without issue and a couple sips of champagne will hammer me for an hour. Then there are days that 1 beer will have me 3 sheets to the wind. I may have 2 drinks a year now if that. I have also seen the downside of post op drinking and cross addiction with a good friend of mine who was clean for a couple years but a couple social drinks and she feel hard and fast.
Focus on the good things in life. Living in Vegas doesn't mean you have to drink
