Despite living in Chicago, I'm a Dolphins fan (grew up in the Marino era). We're clinging to our barely possible playoff chances. Keep hope alive! :) Hopefully will be an easier week at work this week with a holiday break for 2 days. Looking forward to seeing family, but it'll be a quick trip.
Merry Xmas to all. Looking forward to starting the new years under 300#. Changed scales this past week so need to make a +10# adjustment to high weight and the currents. Still moving down averaging 5lbs per week and feeling tired but good. I'm finally starting weight training again tomorrow morning.

Hope that what happened yesterday in NYC does not escalates and wishing all LE community my condolence and to stay safe.
It's been a couple weeks since my last check in. My scale has been on the fritz, but got it back running. I reckon it would help if I didn't weigh so often and kill the batteries.
Last Check in: 406
This week: 394
Change -12!
Feels good to be under 400 for the first time in over 15 years! Had a checkup with my surgeon a couple weeks ago and he was extremely pleased with my progress. I'm feeling better but I can relate with John's post awhile back about needing more mass in the ass cause it sure is hurtin now...lol.
