Post Thanksgiving Sunday Weigh In
We're out of the hunt but 10-2 and a likely decent Bowl game somewhere is not a bad season so hats off to the Bulldogs.
Last week: 178.0
This week: 176.2
Despite the over abundance of food, a Cowboys loss and disruption to the exercise routine survived the four day holiday within tolerances.
Have to get the granddaughters back to their rightful owners so has to haul deflated fanny out of here.
Have a Great Week!
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
First full week home and started working. Been able to put in more food and started soft foods on Friday. You can really get tired of soups and shakes. Still feeling tired, but had a good week overall considering thanksgiving and mi niece wedding all happening

My ECU Pirates are back on track and shaping a 9 win season with a victory next week over UCF. Didn't do too bad on Thanksgiving but can definitely tell I'm in the 3 week stall.

I had been doing about 2 pounds a week for the last 2-3 weeks, but it really kicked up this week. I lost 3 pounds from Thanksgiving to the day after. First time ever!
My Wolverines teased me through the first 3 quarters, but we fell to Ohio again. The only good thing is that they can fire Hoke and immediately start looking for his replacement. Hopefully they get it right this time.
On the other hand, my Lions turned it around on Thanksgiving. Especially over the last decade or so, these haven't been that common. Now it's 2 years in a row! And with a favorable schedule the rest of the way, I'm looking forward to them returning to the playoffs.

150 lost and maintaining!
@Don, MSU had a great season!
@SUMO96, @Sammy & @wcdaniels, keep up the good work!
My stats this week:

1st Surgiversary: 241.0 lbs
2nd Surgiversary: 212.5 lbs

Last week: 227.8 lbs / 21.3% body fat / 170.4 lbs muscle mass
This week: 228.4 lbs / 20.2% body fat / 173.4 lbs muscle mass
I’m up another lb overall and up 3.0 lbs muscle mass. I made it to the gym on three days for cardio and strength training. Except for the apple pie I did pretty well mindfully eating on Turkey Day.
My Vols topped Vandy to finish the season 6-6 and will make a trip to a bowl game this year. The Falcons topped the Cardinals 29-18 to tie the lead of the NFC South with New Orleans.
Be safe & have a great week gentlemen!

I use a Tanita model BC533 body composition scale. There are other models and manufactuers with various bells and whistle. A body composition scale uses bioimpedence to measure electrical resistance through your body between your feet. It then uses empirical formulas based on sex, age, and physical activity to calculate %body fat, %water, muscle mass, bone mass, and visceral fat. The scale is accurate to +/- 3% when calculating %body fat.
