State will be luck to stay in the top 4.  With TCU and Florida State both winning we can kiss the top spot good bye.  What happened with LSU and Arkansas?  Noticed a graphic that this was Arkansas first SEC win in 17 games.  Volunteers took care of Kentucky and the Wildcats of Abilene Christian ended their season with a win over Stephen F. Austin State University.  Cats  went 6-6 for the year.

Last week:  176.0

This week:  175.6

Better on the exercise this week and the eats were par for course but I must confess to breaking open a bag of "crack in a sack" (Peanut M&M Trail Mix) after State lost.  I was on the contraption while watching the game and not sure which was a better cardiac work out.  The treadmilling or the "utterances that by their very nature would tend to cause a breech of the peace".

Cowboys have a bye week and the weather here is wet and cold so getting out of the house to go gather in supplies for this week.

Have a Great Week!

Lots of travel last week, but i was still able to watch my food a little better. Its been a tough couple days since I have been home with my night time demons, but that's going to be a lifelong war I think.

This week, I am not traveling for work, but I "get to" go to Michigan to help my parents move. I suppose that will be a lot of activity in itself :).

Big game between the Lions and Cardinals this afternoon. Good think I screwed up and forgot to cancel the NFL sunday ticket.

Have a great week everyone! I wont update until after Thanksgiving, so I hope you all have a great holiday as well.

Moving is a royal pain in the ass!  Enjoy your Thanksgiving too, John.

@Don, MSU still has a shot at it – currently FSU, Alabama, Oregon, and MSU.  Hard to believe FSU is the only ranked team with no losses.  Just goes to show any of these teams can win on a given day.

@John, moving can be like running a 5K followed by 5 days worth of weight training!  Remember to lift the couch with the knees aka squats!  Take care and have a blessed Thanksgiving.

    My stats this week:

           High weight:  392.0 lbs
Pre-op Weight 4 Aug 09:  377.5 lbs
      1st Surgiversary:  241.0 lbs
      2nd Surgiversary:  212.5 lbs
      3rd Surgiversary:  217.0 lbs
      4th Surgiversary:  214.0 lbs
      5th Surgiversary:  223.0 lbs
Last week:  224.0 lbs / 21.1% body fat / 168.2 lbs muscle mass
This week:  224.8 lbs / 21.7% body fat / 167.8 lbs muscle mass

I’m pretty much status quo this week – up 0.8 lbs overall and down 0.4 lbs muscle mass.  I made it to the gym on three days for cardio and did ok mindfully eating.  Tomorrow I’m back on the road for a cold week in Dayton.  So, I gotta make the extra effort to workout and mindfully eat.

My Vols slaughtered Kentucky yesterday 50-16.  Next week we host Missouri in Knoxville.  Hopefully, we can make it to a bowl game with another win.  The Falcons had another win today over the Panthers on the road at Charlotte, 19-17.  It’s hard to believe they are in 1st place in the NFC South.

Be safe & have a great week gentlemen!

-Mike
