Well, slight anothe uptick in scale :( I have to be completely honest. I am out of control with eating. Grazing is more of a common thing than a rarity. Feel like I am ALWAYS hungry. I am trying to control it, but it is like trying to control diarheea...****ty!!
Still, I know what I have done to get down over 150 pounds. Excuses need to stop and action needs to occur!
Starting TODAY:
Log my Food
8 glasses of water
Exercise
Vitamins
4 steps to success....won't be easy but I KNOW I CAN DO IT!!!
Have a great week!!
Yours in WLS Journey,
Bill Mac
@Don, Miss State is a juggernaut this year!
@John, congrats on the progress!
@Nate, welcome to the losers bench!
@SUMO96, welcome & good luck!
@Bill Mac, you’ve got this!
My stats this week:
High weight: 392.0 lbs
Pre-op Weight 4 Aug 09: 377.5 lbs
1st Surgiversary: 241.0 lbs
2nd Surgiversary: 212.5 lbs
3rd Surgiversary: 217.0 lbs
4th Surgiversary: 214.0 lbs
5th Surgiversary: 223.0 lbs
Last week: 224.4 lbs / 22.4% body fat / 165.6 lbs muscle mass
This week: 226.8 lbs / 22.0% body fat / 168.4 lbs muscle mass
I’m up 2.4 lbs overall and up 2.8 lbs muscle mass. On the road this past week I made it to the hotel gym for three cardio workouts and did ok mindfully eating. I’m home for two weeks so I can get back to my “normal” routine.
Finally, a win for my Vols yesterday 45-42 over South Carolina in an overtime nail-biter. Nice to see Steve Spurrier humbled for the second year in a row. Next week is a bye week. This week is a bye week for the Falcons and next Sunday on the road to Tampa Bay.
Be safe & have a great week gentlemen!
-Mike
