Love handles?

Hey guys seems like the love handles are going to be the last thing to go lol  Seems like the only that shrunk is my a##  But no seriously any other men who were 400 plus have issues with loosing the love handles? I work out 5x per week and Im down from 420 pre op...thanx!

I'm down 138# as of this morning, with about 19# to go until I hit my goal. I am seeing a lot of veins in my arms and legs as a result of losing weight and working out. Even though I do ab work also, my belly fat is most definitely the last thing to go. The love handles are still there, and I think I am going to need to get them cut off (literally) if I want them to go away.

My ass was the first thing I lost. In fact, I have to travel with a seat pad for the airline seats otherwise I’m numb from the waist down after any flight over 1 ½ hours (which is every week for me these days). I learned this teh hard way on a trip overseas.

I’ve been trying hard to work on building my glutes since I need more mass in my ass, but bulking up with muscle and losing weight seem to be on opposite ends of the spectrum.

Just catching up and saw this post...yup, last thing to go although I've been told by my wife and others that I am more self conscious about them than I need to be...amazing that we go through this and get to the goal or around the goal and still see an image more like we used to see in the mirror than what is real.  I recommend continued exercise and adding a program like T-25 to firm the middle up as much as possible...then to decide if you want to do the skin removal which, so far, I'm not even considering.  Keep up the great work...
