Last week:  176.2

This week:  175.8

Moving the right direction and survived the working the local annual festival without too much chaos.  One elderly gentleman getting overheated and two ladies getting dog bit.  Lots of folks but looked short of the projected attendance of 10,000.

M-State off this week.  A&M is probably wishing for the old Southwest Conference days after getting their ass handed to them in Tuscaloosa.  Condolences Mike on your Vols, Georgia Dogs skint the Hogs, Ducks did a fly by on the Huskies, Gators ate the Irish.  Cowboys play host to the Giants this afternoon so I have time to get two days worth of rat killing done before kick off.

Have a Great Week!

203.4: CW

180.0: Goal weight

Pretty much the status quo from last week. Its going ti be tough to get to my goal weight by my surgiversary, but I'm not worried about it. I'll get there when I get there.

Michigan had a bye wek, so at least they didn't lose. I'm watching the Lions and the Saints right now, which looks like its going to be a pretty hard fought game on both sides.

Traveling 5 days this week in Indana and Texas, so I'll struggle a little. Traveling should start sloing down a little after next week

Have a great week all.

Familiar with both.  Weather looks to be good while you are in the hood.  Safe travels.

@Don, yeah my Vols can’t seem to find the right gear.  But that’s ok, I’ll still watch ‘em.

@John, the Lions and the Falcons meet up in London next week.  Good luck.

    My stats this week:

           High weight:  392.0 lbs
Pre-op Weight 4 Aug 09:  377.5 lbs
      1st Surgiversary:  241.0 lbs
      2nd Surgiversary:  212.5 lbs
      3rd Surgiversary:  217.0 lbs
      4th Surgiversary:  214.0 lbs
      5th Surgiversary:  223.0 lbs
Last week:  225.4 lbs / 21.7% body fat / 168.0 lbs muscle mass
This week:  224.2 lbs / 22.2% body fat / 165.8 lbs muscle mass

I’m down 1.2 lbs overall and down 2.2 lbs muscle mass.  This past week I made it to the gym for five light cardio (30 min on the treadmill) workouts and did ok mindfully eating.  On the road again this week, so I gotta be vigilant on kcals in and out.

Ole Miss whupped up on my Vols yesterday 34-3, but at least we weren’t skunked.  Next week is Alabama; please have mercy on us.  The Falcons lost to the Ravens today.  They face off against the Lions in London next week.

Be safe & have a great week gentlemen!

Detroit is going to be riding high after beating New Orleans today.  Good luck with Alafrickingbama Saturday.  State should have it easy with Kentucky but you never know what is going to happen on any given game day.

Hopefully Detroit will have more jet lag than Atlanta.  We'll take any advantage we can at this point in the standings.  Alabama's metal will really be tested next month with MSU and Auburn.  Got that right about any given game day.

Last few weeks did not check in. Life gets so darn hectic at times!!! Still, doing OK w/ weight maintenance.

In terms of diet, still trying to be more consistent.  Some times I eat well at certain meals or times, then not so good at others. For example, I will eat protein focused meal then turn around and east something not so healthy like chips or cookies!!  I know when I began this journey it is what they spoke about being MINDFUL. Ultimately, still striving for balance in that area.

In terms of water and vitamins, the vitamins I take are appropriate. I struggle with water and need to improve on it. I am only getting in 2-3 glasses a day, clearly not enough!

Last in terms of exercise. Overall, this is the best part of my maintenance. In the past week I ran 4 days at distances ranging form 3-6 miles as well as did swimming one day and weight training another. This is due to the fact that like other parts of my life I become addicted too!!!

Went to Patriot Game Thursday...not pretty but a Win is a Win!!

Have a great week!!

Yours in WLS Journey,

Bill Mac
