Sunday Weigh In
Couple of early turn overs by Auburn resulting in MSU scores mattered in the end. Turned into bit of a nail biter. The Aggies of A&M probably would not accept a free trip to the Biloxi, MS casinos having lost to State and Ol' Miss on back to back weeks. Mike's Vols hammered Chattanooga, OU knocked off Texas in the Red River Rivalry. TCU and Baylor had a doozy with TCU winning. The Tide rolled the Razorbacks, Tigers feasted on some Gator meat, Georgia and UCLA both also winning.

Scales moving the right direction! Hard work and clean living pays off. That or my snot box issues this week kept me from wanting to eat or exercise. Going to try and get on treadmill while the Seahawks pick over Cowboys. I fear that the Cowboys winning streak will be ending today.
I know we have some lurkers and we've got some new boots on the other boards that OH has directed here or I've sent PM's to about this forum. You gentlemen are more than welcome to join the conversations here.
Have a Great Week!!
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

My weight was on an extreme roller coaster last week. I started off up from the previous week, then lost the excess water. I was in Pittsburgh this week, and thought I was eating well, but came back 7 friggin ponds heavy. After jumping on the calories, water and excersize, I am down again. Whew. I was very pissed Thursday. Anyway, I am back on track and can see just how easy it is to get out of control. The good news is that its helping me get my head on straight.
Welcome to all the newcomers and lurkers. I hope we see more of you joining in with us.
Good day at the big house last night. Michigan finally won a big game. Looking forward to the Lions-Vikings game ths afternoon.
Have a great and safe week all.
@Don, Miss State is on a roll. The other Bulldogs, Georgia, beat Missouri 34-0 even without Gurley. Your Cowboys did awesome today against the Seahawks.
@John, water retention will play havoc with the scale for sure! Congrats to your Lions beating the Vikings.

This week: 225.4 lbs / 21.7% body fat / 168.0 lbs muscle mass
I’m up 0.6 lbs overall and up 1.6 lbs muscle mass. This past week I made it to the gym for four light cardio (30 min on the treadmill) workouts. I did ok this week mindfully eating.
My Vols won yesterday against Chattanooga, 45-10, at homecoming. Lightweight non-conference game but still a win. The next three weeks will test our metal for sure – Ole Miss, Alabama, and South Carolina. The Falcons lost another one; this time to the Bears. On the road to Baltimore next week.
Be safe & have a great week gentlemen!

How is Everyone doing today???? My weekend started out GREAT! I was born and raised in Pennsylvania but moved to Fairfax, Va (Right outside Washington, D.C.) because my wife got a job here, and we got to go home for 4 days to throw a birthday party for my son who turns a year old tomorrow (God this year has flown by). But then as the weekend went on it got worse! I figured it was my day after having such a great day all day Saturday with my son and his party, and then Saturday night rolls around and my Penn State Nittany Lions get beat by Michigan. Come on, Michigan can't beat anyone, but they beat us! So that started my downfall for the weekend. Then Sunday rolls around and we have to head back to Virginia. I hate this area, so i figured my day couldn't get any worse. And then it happens......My Steelers get crushed by the BROWNS!!!! Yes the freaking BROWNS!!!!! So i wasn't the happiest person in the world Sunday night, and to make matters worse, i had to go back to work after having 4 days off. I just didn't want to be there, lol. So that was my weekend, other than that there were some great college games and a couple good nfl games. I absolutely HATE the Cowboys, but was glad to see Seattle get another loss on there record. Especially since that was their first loss at home since 2011...So how was everyone else s weekend? (*Atleast i lost 4 pounds this week, so i cant complain to much)

The Team I follow of course local to me and was my alma mater East Carolina is having a stellar season this year. Could be a mirror of our historic 1991 team that knocked off a lot of top 25 teams.
