Sunday Weigh In
Well my beloved Patriots sure took a crap today. That's ok there is always next week and my Fantasy team performed well.
Had my 6 month follow up this week. 108 lbs lost since March 10th and 128 since my first appointment with them on 12/3/14. 71.4% EWL. Blood pressure is down to 106/70. It has never been that low. Nutritionist wants me to add another meal in the afternoon as I have been going from eating a lunch in between 11-1 and not getting home from wor****il 8:00 PM eating supper after that. I am well ahead of the results they expected and have passed the goal they had set for me. A goal is a funny thing it is like a moving target. By the numbers my goal should be around 164 to be in the normal range with 100 EWL. I never thought I would ever see that and still don't think I will get that low. Ideally I think I want to try to get to 185.
Have a great week everyone

@Don, yeah the new Falcons stadium will require a second mortgage to buy tickets even in the nosebleeds.
@Bill Mac, EXCELLENT!
@John, Keep. It. Up!
@Kevin, good work! Yeah, 7+ hours is too long. You’ll need that extra meal/snack when your hunger returns (usually 9-12 months post-op). You want to have a meal/snack every 4 hours you’re awake.
My stats this week:
High weight: 392.0 lbs
Pre-op Weight 4 Aug 09: 377.5 lbs
1st Surgiversary: 241.0 lbs
2nd Surgiversary: 212.5 lbs
3rd Surgiversary: 217.0 lbs
4th Surgiversary: 214.0 lbs
5th Surgiversary: 223.0 lbs
Last week: 222.4 lbs / 22.0% body fat / 164.8 lbs muscle mass
This week: 224.2 lbs / 22.0% body fat / 166.4 lbs muscle mass
I’m up 1.8 lbs overall and up 1.6 lbs muscle mass. Still crippled in my lower back and hip, I did one light cardio workout in the gym this past week and walked every day. I did pretty well mindfully eating. The hip joint bursitis feels a lot better but still has a hitch in my gitty-up. I will continue the light workouts / walking this week.
WOW! What a game between the Falcons and Saints! Ryan and the Falcons pulled out the win in OT after coming from behind at the half. Oh, and the Vols won against Arkansas State yesterday. Their “real” season starts next week against Oklahoma; then Georgia; then Florida... we’ll see.
Be safe & have a great week gentlemen!
